Role description
About Amodal Amodal is an open-source AI agent runtime. You connect your existing systems (CRM, calendar, Shopify, Slack, email, whatever you use), teach the agent how your business works, and it handles the repetitive stuff so you can focus on decisions. Think of it as an AI ops layer that works across all your tools. The product is free for individuals. The business is the hosted platform, marketplace, and team features. About the Role We're hiring our first Creator Partnerships Manager: someone who builds a network of UGC creators that puts Amodal in front of the people who need it most. The primary focus is recruiting content creators across solopreneur and small business verticals who show how they use Amodal to run their businesses. This is a role at the intersection of creator strategy, community building, and product marketing. You'll scout and recruit UGC creators across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and TikTok — people who make content for developers, ops teams, and technical builders — and turn them into genuine advocates for Amodal. Compensation & Structure This is a contract role with the opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance. Compensation includes a monthly base retainer, a performance bonus tied to creator output and campaign results, and upside tied to revenue influenced by your partnerships. Specific numbers are shared during the interview process. Responsibilities • Scout and recruit creators. Find UGC creators who make content for technical audiences — developers, ops leaders, SaaS builders — and bring them into Amodal's orbit. Target: a steady pipeline of active creator partnerships across platforms. • Manage creator relationships with a light touch. We're not scripting sponsored content. Get creators set up with the product, point them at what's possible, and let them show their real workflow. The content works because it's genuine. Your job is to find people who will actually use Amodal and want to talk about it — not hand them a brief. • Seed new verticals. When we want to expand into a new niche — real estate, fitness coaching, operations, finance — you identify the top 5-10 creators in that space, figure out the outreach angle, and get them trying the product. Each vertical you crack open becomes a new channel for organic growth. • Run the company social accounts. Own Amodal's presence on X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and any other platforms that make sense. You set the posting cadence, handle engagement, and keep the accounts sounding like a person. The devrel team runs a separate developer-focused account and handles their own content — you own the company brand presence and repurpose their content as appropriate. • Repurpose and distribute creator content. When a creator posts something good, you clip it, reformat it for other platforms, and amplify it from the company accounts. Good content should work harder than a single post. • Track what's working. Which verticals are taking off? Which creators drive signups? Which formats convert? You don't need to be a data analyst, but you need to pay attention and shift resources toward what's working. Requirements • You're a natural recruiter. You know how to find the right people, pitch them on something, and get them to say yes — whether that's creator outreach, affiliate recruitment, sales, or something else entirely. The specific context matters less than the ability. • You know the solopreneur and small business creator landscape. Hustle-culture YouTube, business TikTok, productivity Twitter, niche LinkedIn. You can name creators in at least a few verticals right now. • You understand that the best UGC is genuine. You know how to find people who will actually use the product and talk about it because they want to — not because you handed them a script. • You can run social accounts that sound like a person, not a brand committee. • You're highly organized with a real system for managing multiple relationships, pipelines, and follow-ups. Spreadsheet, CRM, project management tool — whatever works. You'll be juggling 15-20 creator relationships across different verticals and nothing can fall through the cracks. Bonus points if you use Amodal itself to manage your workflow. • You move fast. Reach out to 15 creators this week with a rough pitch, learn what sticks, iterate. Nice to Have • Experience running creator or influencer programs for developer tools, infrastructure software, or B2B SaaS products • Familiarity with the AI/ML or AI agent landscape — you understand the space and can speak credibly to creators about why it matters • Experience working at an early-stage startup where you had to build the program yourself • Background with LinkedIn creator outreach and B2B-native content formats • Working proficiency with Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to support creator research, brief development, and performance analysis Compensation & Structure This is a contract role with the opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance. Compensation includes a monthly base retainer, a performance bonus tied to creator output and campaign results, and upside tied to revenue influenced by your partnerships. Details are shared during the interview process. How to Apply Send an email to jobs@amodailai.com with the subject line "Creator Partnerships Lead" and include the following: • A brief intro — who you are and what you've worked on • 2-3 examples of creator or influencer programs you've built or contributed to. What was the brief, who did you recruit, and what did it produce? Links to content or campaigns are ideal; a short written description works too. • At least one social account or content channel you've managed. Show us what it looked like when you were running it.
