Role description
Weβre looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Creator Performance Coordinator to support data input, management, and reporting across a high-volume influencer marketing program at Fresh Tape Media. Fresh Tape Media is a NYC- and Denver-based creative production company that collaborates with clients across the U.S. and internationally to bring ideas to life:Β from concept development and video and photo content creation to full-scale production and event fabrication. In this role, youβll work closely under the guidance of the Performance Analyst to ensure performance data is accurate, consistent, and up to date, playing a critical role in maintaining clean reporting that helps the broader team turn campaign results into meaningful insights.
Responsibilities:
Data Management & Accuracy
β’ Input, organize, and maintain influencer performance data across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
β’ Ensure reporting trackers, spreadsheets, and dashboards are accurate and consistently updated
β’ Maintain data hygiene across tools like Tubular, CreatorIQ, and internal trackers
β’ Identify missing data, inconsistencies, or reporting gaps and escalate appropriately
Reporting & Analyst Support
β’ Support the Data Analyst by preparing raw data, pulling platform metrics, and flagging discrepancies
β’ Assist in the assembly of internal and client-facing performance reports
Campaign & Cross-Functional Coordination
β’ Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and reporting requirements
β’ Coordinate with strategy, creative, and production teams to ensure reporting inputs are complete
Basic Qualifications:
β’ 1β3 years of experience in marketing, social media, analytics, operations, or a related field (internships included)
β’ Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets and data entry
β’ Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
β’ Familiarity with social media platforms and basic performance metrics (views, engagement, reach, CTR)
β’ Willingness to learn analytics and influencer measurement tools (e.g., Tubular, CreatorIQ)
β’ Strong organizational and time-management skills
β’ Clear communication skills and comfort asking questions
β’ Interest in influencer marketing, social content, and digital performance
β’ Familiarity with project management tools like Airtable is a plus
Job Type: 1099, with potential to hire
Work Location: New York City or Denver (Hybrid)
Working Expectations:
β’ Full-time (approx. 40 hours/week)
β’ Embedded in team workflows (Slack, Asana, meetings)
β’ Term-based role tied to a specific client engagement (initial contract: 12 months)
