CredentialStream Reporting Analyst (Contract)
Location: Fully Remote (EST hours preferred)
Duration: 5–6 months
Pay Rate: Up to $65/hr
Employment Type: W2 only
Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card only
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced CredentialStream Reporting Analyst to support a large-scale migration to a new CredentialStream instance (HealthStream) for a major healthcare organization. This is a fully remote role focused heavily on hands-on reporting, with minimal ramp-up time expected.
The analyst will backfill reporting responsibilities and play a key role in recreating, updating, and maintaining complex reports used by the Medical Staff Office for hospital privileging.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, update, and maintain reports within CredentialStream
• Rebuild and adjust existing reports during system migration
• Convert and manage data within CredentialStream reporting frameworks
• Support reporting requests related to medical staff credentialing and privileging
• Work independently from a defined reporting backlog with minimal supervision
Required Skills
• Direct, hands-on experience building reports in CredentialStream (must-have)
• Experience with complex report building and configuration in CredentialStream
• Strong understanding of healthcare credentialing workflows
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, remote environment
Nice to Have
• Experience with additional healthcare reporting tools (e.g., Echo)
• Broader CredentialStream configuration or application support experience
Interview Process
• Round 1: Screening with Hiring Manager (non-technical).
• Round 2: Team interview focused on validating CredentialStream reporting capabilities.
