Job Summary
Our West Michigan client has a contract opportunity for a CRM Business Analyst to define data needs for audience segmentation, determine campaign triggers, and validate data for accurate campaign execution. Additionally, this resource will analyze Independent Business Owner/Customer data, identify trends, ensure data integrity, and recommend improvements to the CRM strategy.. This is a hybrid role onsite Monday - Thursday working closely with the Project Management team.

Responsibilities
β’ Acting as a liaison between Marketing, Technology, and the Corporate Data Foundations team.
β’ Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business goals, objectives, and requirements related to CRM and implementation.
β’ Identifying data sourcing details including field-level data mappings and transformations required for campaign implementation.
β’ Developing campaign Blueprints that translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
β’ Profiling new required data for accuracy and usage viability to inform marketing for usage campaigns before handoff to the Data Foundations team for data automation.
β’ Developing CRM scenarios.
β’ Collaborating with the development team to ensure a clear understanding and implementation of requirements.
β’ Creating and executing data verification test cases to validate that data matches requirement specifications and is accurate to source data expectations.
β’ Advising on required campaign tagging.
Qualifications
β’ 8 years of related experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or CRM analytics.
β’ Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
β’ Ability to pipe and consolidate data from multiple sources (Bloomreach, Heap site data, renewal data, etc.) to build a report or dashboard.
β’ Good understanding of the Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and CRM spaces
β’ An awareness of business model. Knowledge of sales and marketing plans is a plus.
β’ Proficient in working with and understanding data structures including querying data using SQL within the data lake in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) BigQuery.
β’ Experience with SaaS marketing automation platforms (e.g., Bloomreach) is a plus.
