IT Business Analyst - CRM Focus Insurance Location: London Department: IT Contract: 6 months Are you a CRM-savvy Business Analyst who loves turning complex business needs into smart, streamlined digital solutions? My client in the Insurance industry is looking for an IT Business Analyst (CRM Focus) to play a key role in shaping and enhancing our CRM capabilities across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, influence how they serve customers, and help deliver a CRM experience that truly adds value.About the Role As the CRM-focused Business Analyst, you'll be the vital link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You'll drive requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for CRM enhancements, integrations, and new functionality. Your work will ensure the CRM platform is efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with their strategic goals.Essential • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). • Strong understanding of CRM concepts such as lead/opportunity management, customer lifecycle workflows, case management, and automation. • Skilled in gathering and documenting requirements in Agile or hybrid environments. • Experience creating process flows, wireframes, and functional specs. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong data analysis and CRM reporting capabilities.Desirable • Experience working in the Insurance industry • Hands-on CRM configuration experience (Dynamics 365 or Salesforce). • Knowledge of integration methods: APIs, middleware, data connectors. • Background in industries with complex customer journeys (insurance, financial services, retail). • Understanding of GDPR and data governance. • Business Analysis certification (BCS, IIBA, or equivalent). • SQL or Power BI knowledge.
