CRM Data Analyst (Contract)
Client assignment: Adobe
Hiring entity: NYZ Talent Consulting LLC
Location: Bay Area, CA
Compensation: $45/hr
Employment type: Contract
The selected candidate will be hired by NYZ Talent Consulting LLC and assigned to work with Adobe on CRM data analysis, CRM automation, and systems integration work.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and customize CRM solutions across Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to improve customer data management and operational efficiency.
• Design and implement automation workflows, plugins, and business logic to reduce manual intervention in client lifecycle processes.
• Build and maintain API integrations using RESTful services to support seamless data exchange across internal systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, partnering with stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows.
• Conduct system monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure reliability and data accuracy.
• Author technical documentation and system specifications to support long-term maintainability.
