Mpower is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a HubSpot Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity
Mpower Solar seeks a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Solar Operations team. As our HubSpot CRM Specialist, you must demonstrate strong attention to detail in maintaining and optimizing the CRM system to ensure functionality and user adoption. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of HubSpot CRM and other integrated systems, including providing support on best practices and system features, as well as generating reports for our sales and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
β’ Lead the transition from current CRM systems to HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy, minimal downtime, and efficient implementation.
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the CRM migration process and post-implementation.
β’ Maintain and optimize CRM processes, ensuring that data flow, reporting, and automation align with business needs.
β’ Responsible for managing personnel access; onboarding and offboarding of users Regularly audit CRM data to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity.
β’ Create and maintain CRM user manuals, training resources, and knowledge bases.
β’ Conduct training sessions and onboarding for employees on CRM functionalities and updates.
β’ Work with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to continuously improve the CRM strategy and adoption across the organization.
β’ Actively participate in CRM-related projects and initiatives, supporting cross-functional teams in achieving business goals.
Qualifications
β’ Proven experience interpreting data, creating engaging presentations, and incorporating qualitative analysis to provide comprehensive insights
β’ Proven experience as a HubSpot Specialist or in a similar capacity.
β’ Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot required).
β’ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Rate per hour $20 - $25 USD
