We are seeking a technically proficient and self-motivated CRM Technical Delivery Specialist to join our team on a contract basis (up to 3 days per week). This part-time role is responsible for building and maintaining a consumer database, delivering targeted marketing campaigns, and supporting the wider business through robust reporting and data management.
Working closely with marketing, analytics, and IT teams, you will ensure accurate, timely, and impactful communications to our customers through tools such as BlueAnalyser, email platforms, and modern reporting environments. Experience in broader technical stacks (e.g. API development or programming frameworks) and managing no-code/low-code integrations (e.g. Make.com, Zapier, Jotform) is a plus, as we continue to evolve our tech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

β’ Execute and manage consumer marketing campaigns through BlueAnalyser and the designated email platform, in line with stakeholder briefs.
β’ Maintain and develop automation workflows for email and push notification programs.
β’ Conduct rigorous testing and quality control to ensure data accuracy and campaign performance.
Reporting & Analytics
β’ Develop and manage core business reporting using tools such as SQL Server, BigQuery, Power BI, and Looker Studio.
β’ Deliver both ad hoc and scheduled reports, ensuring insights are timely, accurate, and actionable.
β’ Continually improve the structure, delivery, and visualisation of reports in response to business needs.
Data Integration & Maintenance
β’ Maintain and monitor existing data pipelines, including integrations via Snowflake and SFTP.
β’ Manage and optimise workflows and integrations using Make.com, Zapier, and Jotform.
β’ Troubleshoot data feed issues and ensure reliable, high-quality data flows across systems.
Skills & Experience
Essential
β’ Strong proficiency in SQL, with at least 2 years of experience using platforms such as SQL Server or BigQuery.
β’ Experience managing integrations using Make.com, Zapier, or similar automation tools.
β’ Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong ownership and attention to detail.
Desirable
β’ Hands-on experience with campaign management tools and executing data-driven marketing campaigns.
β’ Proficiency in business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Looker Studio.
β’ Working knowledge of VB/VBA for scripting and automation tasks.
β’ Experience with BlueAnalyser or similar campaign execution platforms.
β’ Familiarity with email and push notification best practices and tools.
β’ Experience managing data feeds and troubleshooting integrations, including Snowflake and SFTP.
β’ Experience working with or building APIs.
Personal Attributes
β’ Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
β’ Clear communicator, capable of translating technical detail into business-friendly insights.
β’ Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines.
