Salary commensurate with experience • Overview: We are seeking a technically proficient and detail-oriented CRM / Telephony Developer to support the design, development, and testing of telephony solutions integrated with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. This role is a key contributor to a mobile application modernization initiative, with a focus on enhancing the telephony infrastructure and its seamless integration with CRM workflows. The Ideal Candidate Will Bring • Hands-on experience with Cisco Bucher & Suter development tools • A solid understanding of telephony systems and call center technologies • The ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including both technical and business stakeholders Duties • Design and develop telephony solutions using Cisco Bucher & Suter tools and frameworks. • Assist in integrating telephony systems with CRM platforms to support call routing, screen pop, and other agent-facing features. • Participate in unit testing, debugging, and refinement of telephony-related code and configurations. • Collaborate with architects, developers, and business analysts to ensure seamless integration between telephony and mobile/web platforms. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for telephony-related issues during development and post-deployment. • Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer for developed solutions. Mandatory Qualifications • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco Bucher & Suter development and configuration. • 3+ years experience of telephony systems, call center infrastructure, and related protocols (e.g., SIP, VoIP). • Familiarity with CRM platforms and how they integrate with telephony (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365). • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. • Experience with Agile development practices is a plus.
