CRMA Engineer

ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a CRMA Engineer to join our Salesforce Analytics team. This role will focus on managing a specialized CRM Analytics (CRMA) platform, ensuring seamless data movement from Snowflake to CRMA, and delivering impactful dashboards to business stakeholders. The engineer will play a key role in developing and monitoring data pipelines, building dashboards, applying business logic, and managing user onboarding and security privileges. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with other engineering and business teams while owning the day-to-day management of the CRMA platform.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
As a CRMA Engineer, you will:
β’ Manage and maintain a Salesforce CRM Analytics platform, smaller in scale compared to other platforms but critical for analytics and dashboarding needs.
β’ Develop, monitor, and optimize pipelines from Snowflake into CRMA.
β’ Build and maintain CRMA dashboards to enable business insights and decision-making.
β’ Apply business logic and modify CRMA recipes to process and refine data effectively.
β’ Oversee user onboarding, role-based access, and security privileges to ensure proper authorization and data visibility.
β’ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams who support adjacent responsibilities across the Salesforce ecosystem.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (Top 3 Must Haves)
β’ 4β5 years of CRMA experience, with hands-on expertise in Recipes and Dashboards.
β’ Strong experience in developing and monitoring pipelines from Snowflake (or similar data warehouses) to CRMA.
β’ Proven ability in user onboarding and managing security/authorization within CRMA.
NICE TO HAVES
β’ Experience working in large-scale, enterprise environments with cross-team collaboration.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce Suites beyond CRMA.
β’ Background in data engineering concepts and practices.
β’ Exposure to Tableau or other BI tools for broader analytics experience.
