Role description
£300-400 Day (Outside IR35) 2 Days per week in London Office 6 Month Contract • Lead personalization and CRO, and content authoring across the web platform, as well as other strategic projects to support long-term business goals. • Lead test delivery, with the support of design and insights analysts, to enable a best-in-class customer experience. Ensure that best practices are followed including test design, trustworthy measurement, analysis, and documentation of outcomes. • Actively contribute in the design of new journeys to ensure optimisation and personalisation capabilities are embedded from the start, proposing new use cases and initiating the development of new capabilities to meet business needs not covered by current tooling. • Ensure personalisation is delivered via the appropriate technical architecture, and is aligned with broader platform, data, and content strategies. • Work with the CMS Product Owner to create seamless internal business user experiences that accelerate delivery velocity and reduce operational overhead, ensuring smooth experience for internal users. • Define business requirements and validate delivery, integrations and other functionality delivered by the technical team. Key Knowledge and Skills • Expert user of Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics • CRO & Measurement: Strong understanding of CRO best practices, test design and performance measurement methodologies • Experience with server-side testing and working closely with development teams to deliver digital projects • Experience working within an agile team • Strong working knowledge of tag managers, tagging, data layers, digital identity, browser storage, audience management (DMP / CDP), and privacy / consent • Strong working knowledge of headless content management systems (CMS); experience with AEM and Contentful would be an advantage but is not essential • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) • Familiarity with front-end web development, JSON, and HTML • Ability to work in a hybrid, virtual, and international team • Strong business communication skills including delivering presentations and end-user training
