Exciting opportunity to work with a Big4 Tech Company as a Business Analyst (Consumer Insights), based in London, UK!
5 months contract
100% onsite in the office based in London
Key job responsibilities:
β’ Support programming, QA, sampling and deployment tasks for surveys across multiple locales and languages
β’ Partner with Research Managers and Operations managers across global panels to support translations tasks and processes
β’ Evaluates and analyzes research scope, define project needs
β’ Designs research approach and strategy, define milestones, timelines, and KPI
β’ Documents end-to-end workflow, RACI, SOP, and SLA as required
β’ Dives deep and analyzes data from various sources and iterate the mechanisms as needed
β’ Identifies opportunities to make the workflow more efficient and recommends strategy for streamlining
Basic qualifications:
β’ Experience in deploying, programming and/or writing surveys
β’ Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience.
β’ 2+ years of professional experience in the market research field
Preferred qualifications:
β’ Experience translating complex data sets into clear and compelling written narratives
β’ Strong presentation skills specifically speaking about research methodologies and findings
β’ Understanding of basic statistics
β’ Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams
β’ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, SPSS, Tableau
