nTech Workforce has an immediate 23245 Customer Insights Analyst Terms of Employment • W2 Contract, 24 Months • This is an onsite role at Philadelphia, PA Overview Our client is seeking a Customer Insights Analyst to join their team. This role is designed for a sharp and ambitious professional who is eager to learn the industry and maintain a customer-centric focus. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting complex data and communicating findings effectively to support various organizational projects Responsibilities • Utilize multiple software tools to analyze and interpret customer data. • Communicate analytical findings clearly through both written reports and oral presentations. • Collaborate within a team environment to support varying project needs. • Maintain a customer-centric approach while seeking to understand and grow within the industry. Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Market Research, Management, Mathematics, or Engineering. • 1-5 years of analytical experience. • Technical proficiency in MS Office Suites, Power BI, and database management. • Proven ability to interpret data and use multiple software tools for analysis. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Ambitious, willing to learn, and highly attentive to detail. Preferred Skills & Experience • Prior experience in a customer-centric analytical role. • Familiarity with industry-specific data trends and reporting standards.
