Customer Insights Analyst

We are seeking a Customer Insights Analyst to join our client in Philadelphia. This role is 100% on‑site, five days per week, and will support business and technology initiatives by assisting with requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and system support. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with data, databases, and multiple software tools in a collaborative office environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements from stakeholders • Analyze and document current business processes and workflows • Support the development of functional and technical specifications • Participate in project meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide status updates • Assist in identifying and documenting project risks, issues, and dependencies • Support the development, testing, and validation of new systems or system enhancements • Assist with the preparation of training materials and user documentation • Provide support to end users during system implementation and post‑implementation • Work with data using Power BI, databases, and Microsoft Office tools • Effectively manage multiple tasks and software tools in a fast‑paced environment Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (required) • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Experience or exposure to Power BI and databases • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to work with multiple software tools and systems simultaneously • Detail‑oriented with the ability to follow structured, repeatable processes • Ability to work effectively in a team‑based, on‑site corporate environment EEO Policy: Allied Resources complies with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) affirmative action laws and regulations.
