Job title: Customer Solutions Administrator Department: NXG Reporting to: RVP Customer Solutions Location: Remote UK (6-9 month fix term contract) How You Will Make An Impact… We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Client Services organisation as a Customer Solutions Administrator on a 6-9 month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support Opensignal’s customer-facing teams by analysing data, maintaining and improving internal systems, and ensuring that our processes run smoothly. You will play a critical part in streamlining how we work across Sales, Product, and Engineering, while providing accurate analysis and actionable insights that help us deliver best-in-class service to our telecoms customers. This is an internal-facing role reporting to the RVP of Customer Solutions, with opportunities to collaborate across multiple global teams. What You Will Be Doing… β€’ Perform data analysis using SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau to support internal teams with insights and reporting. β€’ Maintain and enhance internal processes, documentation, and workflows in Jira and Confluence. β€’ Identify, design, and implement new systems and process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability. β€’ Work closely with Client Services, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth communication and issue tracking. β€’ Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and trends. β€’ Contribute telecom industry knowledge to help shape internal understanding of fixed and mobile network performance. β€’ Support ad-hoc projects, ensuring deadlines are met and outputs are accurate. β€’ Act as a central coordination point across teams, ensuring information flows smoothly and actions are tracked to completion. Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities β€’ Strong analytical skills with proven ability to write, optimise, and troubleshoot SQL queries. β€’ Experience working with BigQuery and Tableau or similar data visualisation tools. β€’ Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. β€’ Proven track record of building and improving processes and internal systems. β€’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. β€’ Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with accuracy and discretion. β€’ Telecoms industry knowledge (fixed or mobile) preferred. Experience β€’ Proven experience in data analysis, systems or process administration, or a similar role. β€’ Hands-on experience with SQL and data warehouse environments. β€’ Comfortable working in remote, distributed teams across multiple regions. β€’ Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar workflow and documentation tools. β€’ Strong English verbal and written communication skills. Nice to Have β€’ Experience working with large telecom datasets or similar industry data. β€’ Exposure to customer success, client services, or product support functions. β€’ Experience in fast-paced and entrepreneurial environments.
