The Role
As D365 Business Analyst/Product Owner you will play a key role in the ongoing development and maintenance of D365 solutions (including Finance, Operations and Sales / Marketing), ensuring they meet our business needs and deliver maximum value.
Key responsibilities include:
β’ Prioritise and manage the product backlog for BAU changes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
β’ Monitor and analyse product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
β’ Be involved in estimating and delivering new projects (over and above BAU) on D365
β’ Partner with internal & external resource on the maintenance and upkeep of the D365 platform
β’ Stay updated with the latest D365 features and industry trends.
What you'll be doing
β’ Working in close collaboration with global and local teams to co-develop the product backlog, driving features from concept to launch in a dynamic environment.
β’ Operating primarily within an Agile framework, continuously evaluating business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks.
β’ Acting as the business owner of the Dynamics 365 application, developing, owning, and executing the product roadmap.
β’ Translating product backlog features into well-defined requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria, ensuring final user acceptance.
β’ Partnering with the development team to deliver the backlog of work and deliver appropriate documentation to the business
β’ Maintain and communicate the status of the sprint backlog for Dynamics 365, balancing stakeholder requirements.
β’ Develop, maintain, and communicate appropriate metrics and reporting to assess product performance and inform future investment.
β’ Ensuring product compliance with industry standards and best practices.
β’ Provide, maintain, and update knowledge base and training materials related to Dynamics 365 for internal teams.
Here's what we're looking for:
β’ Experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
β’ Must have extensive experience in implementation and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
β’ Technical Knowledge & Business Acumen: an understanding of both the technical aspects of Dynamics 365 and the business processes it supports.
β’ Experience with Software Launch and Agile Principles: Established background in launching software/products in partnership with engineering teams, and a deep understanding of Agile development methodologies.
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Experience in managing vendors and external consultants.
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Certifications: Holding relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Dynamics 365 Fundamentals and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core is a must have
