Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Jackson, FL that is seeking a D365 Business Analyst. Responsibilities:
β’ Capture business needs and translate them into functional specifications for D365
F&O modules (e.g., Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Transportation Management, Finance)
β’ Document Level 4 process flows for Vehicle Supply Chain operations (e.g.,
Inbound/Outbound Logistics, VPC Processing, Dealer Allocation)
β’ Understand and document Work Orders, Job Lists, and related workflows for VPC
and repair operations
β’ Analyze and configure Item Requirement functionality and Timesheet processes for
labor tracking and cost allocation
β’ Support business processes for Repair Orders, warranty Claims, and related
financial postings
β’ Define integration between D365 F&O and external systems (e.g., EDI for supplier
communication, IICS for ETL, Azure Data Factory pipelines)
β’ Support SIT/UAT for D365 F&O configurations, including Workflows, Batch Jobs,
Data Entities, and Dual-Write integrations
β’ Maintain artifacts such as BRDs, FDDs, and Traceability Matrices in alignment with
SDLC and Architecture Review Board/Change Advisory Board governance
β’ Analyze failures in Data Management Framework (DMF) imports/exports, Batch Job
execution, and integration points; Coordinate quick resolution with technical teams
β’ Build and maintain relationships with corporate stakeholders, analyzing and
understanding user stories, business processes, non-functional requirements, system capabilities, customization, integration, process design and system implementations
β’ Perform requirements gathering/clarifications with technical team, leveraging agile
techniques
β’ Working with implementation partners to ensure a smooth project/product teams
go live(s)
Requirements
β’ 5 + years of experience as Business Analyst working on projects or product teams; Leveraging
different methodologies, with primary focus on agile
β’ 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with ERP systems (preferably D365 F&O)
β’ Experience with end-to-end implementation projects including design,
configuration, testing, training, cutover & reporting
β’ Must have experience with agile methodologies, preferably SAFe
β’ Experience participating in functional design, configuration, and process alignment
with a detailed understanding quickly of systems and solutions
β’ Proven ability to provide business analysis and/or system
development/configuration deliverables related to process improvement
β’ Experience with a software and systems development life cycle
β’ Candidate can do both Business Analysis and Data Analysis as needed on projects
and product teams
β’ Research on platforms including navigating systems/solutions
and querying of data from both relational and no-SQL databases
β’ Experience in producing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
and working knowledge of working with QA Resources in coming up with the test cases Strong understanding of D365 F&O modules relevant to Vehicle Supply Chain:

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
