D365 Business Analyst

We're hiring a Business Analyst – MS Dynamics 365 Join our team supporting the transition from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365. We’re looking for someone experienced — no time for ramp-up — with at least 2 years hands-on Dynamics 365 work. What You’ll Do: • Run and eventually write test cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements • Execute testing, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements • Use Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking and documentation Must Have: • 2+ years with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Customer Insights, etc.) • Strong skills in writing user stories, testing, troubleshooting • Agile project experience • Automation testing and scripting knowledge • Excellent communication skills Nice to Have: • Dynamics 365 certifications • Power Platform familiarity (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) If you’re a self-starter who knows Dynamics — let’s connect This is W2 only position. #tech
