D365 CE Business Analyst
Permanent / Fixed Term
Hybrid - Warwick (1 - 2days per week)
Are you an experienced D365 CE Business Analyst ready to drive meaningful digital transformation? We’re looking for someone who can bridge people, processes, and technology as part of a major Dynamics CRM and finance system replacement programme.
In this role, you’ll be the key facilitator for process discovery, requirements gathering, future‑state design, and change management. You’ll collaborate closely with key users, guide them through new ways of working, support UAT, shape documentation and training, and ensure smooth adoption ahead of go‑live. You’ll also act as the link between technical and non‑technical teams to ensure clarity, quality and progress.
What you’ll bring:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a Dynamics CRM / D365 CE migration or digital transformation project.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• A calm, solutions‑focused approach with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead teams through change and drive process improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading requirements workshops and process mapping sessions.
• Defining and refining processes aligned to MS Dynamics CRM functionality.
• Supporting UAT, documentation, and end‑user readiness.
• Managing expectations, maintaining engagement, and ensuring quality delivery.
Hybrid working:
You’ll be required to be on-site 2 days per week.
