D365 CE PRODUCT LEAD/OWNER - OUTSIDE IR35 - 3/4 DAYS ONSITE 1 DAY REMOTE
Are you a Microsoft Dynamics expert with a passion for driving adoption, enabling users, and aligning systems to real business needs? We're looking for a CRM Product Lead to take full ownership of our Dynamics CRM platform and help shape the future of our fast-paced, professional services organisation.
About the Role This is a high-impact, business-critical position. You’ll sit at the intersection of product management, user experience, commercial operations, and data strategy. If you’ve lived and breathed Dynamics in a professional services context and know how to translate business processes into intuitive, effective systems, this one is for you!
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Adoption & Engagement
• Lead onboarding, upskilling, and tailored training across teams
• Foster high CRM engagement across sales, delivery, finance, and leadership
• Embed a continuous feedback loop to iterate the CRM around user needs Own the Product Roadmap
• Act as Product Owner for Dynamics: gather requirements, manage backlog, and lead roadmap
• Scope and spec features based on real user workflows and pain points
• Collaborate with internal developers and third-party tech partners Optimise System Performance & Integration
• Oversee system performance, data integrity, and integrations (e.g. ATS, finance systems)
• Establish CRM best practices, usage standards, and documentation Engage Senior Stakeholders
• Align CRM functionality with business objectives across departments
• Serve as the primary interface between tech and the business
• Ensure CRM data powers meaningful insights and decision-making What You’ll Bring
• Proven experience implementing and scaling Microsoft Dynamics in a professional services environment
• Strong track record of driving behavioural change and tech adoption
• Deep understanding of leadership, consulting, or talent businesses
• Hands-on, floor-walking approach—comfortable with both end-users and execs
• Skilled in translating business processes into CRM specs and delivering through Agile teams
• Confident in stakeholder engagement, governance, and change enablement
