Role Description This is an on-site role for a D365 Finance and Operations Developer located in Warren, Michigan (onsite, 3days/week). The Developer will be responsible for the design and customization of D365 Finance and Operations solutions, including creating and maintaining technical documentation and troubleshooting performance issues. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering, developing custom features, and ensuring end-to-end application integration. The role involves testing and deploying solutions to meet business requirements while staying updated on emerging D365 technologies and trends. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations, including customization and configuration • Proficiency in X++ programming language and development of extensions for D365 environments • Experience in systems integration, data migration, and performance optimization • Knowledge of modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Production • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills • Understanding of ERP systems and best practices • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus
