D365 Insights Developer

• • • D365 Insights Developer- 1 year Contract Role - Hybrid (London, UK) • • • On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has an opportunity for a D365 Insights Developer to join them on an ongoing project. This is a 1 year contract role, with possible extension. This contract is to start ASAP and will be Hybrid, 3 days on site in London, UK. Role responsibility: You will be responsible for configuring and developing Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights - Journeys solutions, delivering customer engagement and marketing automation capabilities. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, build Power Automate workflows, integrate D365 with other systems, troubleshoot and optimise existing solutions, and produce technical documentation to support ongoing platform enhancements. Specific skills/experience: • Strong hands-on experience configuring and developing solutions within Dynamics 365 Sales • Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys • Proficiency in Power Automate for designing, implementing, and managing automated business processes • Good understanding of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, Dataverse, custom entities, workflows, and plugins • Experience integrating D365 with Microsoft technologies such as Power Apps and SharePoint, as well as third-party applications • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, Customer Insights experience, and Agile/Scrum delivery experience are desirable • Strong communication skills with English Please send an updated CV in Word format to jisaksen@redglobal.com with rate and availability to start.
