The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform, enabling business process optimization and digital transformation. This role requires a self-motivated developer with an "architect-type" mindset and strong problem-solving abilities What’s the Job? • Design, develop, and implement solutions in D365 Finance and Operations (F&O), focusing on Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance modules. • Customize and extend D365 functionality using X++, workflows, Azure DevOps, and other development tools. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Develop and maintain workflows, automations, and integrations using Power Automate and the Power Platform. • Build and manage Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to address specific business challenges. • Create and maintain integrations between D365 and other enterprise systems using APIs, Dataverse, and third-party connectors. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in D365 and the Power Platform ecosystem. • Stay updated on D365 and Power Platform advancements, recommending improvements. • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team. • Ensure adherence to coding, testing, and deployment best practices. What’s Needed? • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and implementing D365 F&O solutions. • Expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance modules. • Strong proficiency in X++, C#, and other D365 programming languages. • Hands-on experience with Power Automate for building complex workflows and automations. • Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse). • Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and version control. • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL. • Familiarity with ERP integrations, APIs, and data migration strategies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Preferred Qualifications • Microsoft certifications in D365 and/or Power Platform. • Experience managing large-scale D365 implementations or upgrades. • Knowledge of advanced analytics using Power BI. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. • Experience with performance tuning in D365 environments.
