Title: Business Analyst
Location: Culver City, CA 90230
Schedule: Hybrid
Duration: 3 months with possible extension

Job Description:
• Business Analyst with deep experience in Digital Asset Management systems and workflows within the TV/Media Streaming domain.
• Implementation and workflow automation, with strong analytical and communication skills to drive business transformation within the TV domain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze and document business and system requirements related to DAM.
• Understand the E2E TV Content Supply chain including ingestion, curation, publishing, and lifecycle management of digital assets.
• Define and document metadata schemas, taxonomy and content hierarchy aligned with Global Content Delivery Standards.
• Drive discussion with stakeholders to map existing asset workflows and identify automation and optimization opportunities.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Mandatory skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in DAM Systems and experience in managing digital content workflows.
• Deep understanding of OTT/Streaming Workflows. Familiarity with Content Ingestion, transcoding and publishing process.
• Business Analysis Core Skills on Requirement Gathering & Documentation.
• Proficiency in writing functional specifications, API mappings and user acceptance criteria.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work across distributed global teams.
Desired/ Secondary skills:
• Exposure to Content Rights Management / Entitlement Systems.
• Experience working with metadata feeds for OTT or media publishing workflows.
• Awareness of AI/ML based content tagging, recommendation engines and smart metadata enrichment concepts.
