Overview: We are seeking an experienced Dashboard Developer to join a high-impact team supporting data visualization and reporting initiatives for a leading healthcare organization. In this role, you'll design and build interactive dashboards that deliver critical business insights, support clinical and operational decision-making, and promote data-driven strategies across the enterprise. This is a fully remote, contract opportunity with a focus on developing scalable, user-friendly dashboards using modern BI tools and frameworks. Candidates should have strong experience working with large healthcare datasets and a deep understanding of healthcare metrics, KPIs, and data privacy standards. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize clinical, operational, and business data • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions • Build intuitive, scalable visualizations that align with best practices in data storytelling and UX design • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all dashboards • Optimize performance of dashboards and reports across various platforms • Support the rollout of reporting tools and provide documentation and training to end users as needed Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in dashboard/report development using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience querying large-scale datasets • Familiarity with data models, ETL pipelines, and integrating data from multiple sources • Prior experience working with healthcare data (e.g., claims, clinical, EHR, pharmacy) and understanding of HIPAA and data governance practices • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable visuals Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in large enterprise environments, especially in payer or provider networks • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse) • Exposure to agile methodologies and data product lifecycle management • Knowledge of key healthcare KPIs and compliance/reporting standards (e.g., HEDIS, STAR ratings, NCQA) Why Join Us?
