Job Description We are looking for a Data Analysis Architect to conduct requirements analysis and oversee data management for the Sage and Agate Grant Management systems. This position will be full-time contract and hybrid requiring three days per week in office in Trenton, New Jersey. What You’ll Do β€’ Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and current data challenges β€’ Conduct analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in existing data systems β€’ Develop clear plans and roadmaps for improving data management and integration β€’ Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and scope to ensure successful outcomes β€’ Translate complex ideas into accessible concepts for non-technical audiences β€’ Support decision-making by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis β€’ Ensure that proposed solutions align with organizational goals and existing systems Required What You'll Need β€’ Experience with grant management systems (Sage/Agate) β€’ At least 10 years of experience in a data architecture or systems planning role β€’ Strong ability to engage with stakeholders and lead collaborative discussions β€’ Proven track record of designing practical solutions using existing systems β€’ Comfortable working with data concepts and systems, with a focus on strategy and planning β€’ Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred β€’ Advanced knowledge of data integration and analytics tools β€’ Experience in public sector or healthcare-related data architecture Physical Demands β€’ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards β€’ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. β€’ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor The pay range for this position is $60 - $68 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
