Role: Data Analysis Lead – Commercial Pharmaceutical Business
Location – Morristown NJ. Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite/week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a experienced business analytics leader to drive strategic data initiatives in the commercial Life Sciences domain, with a focus on Commercial Data interpretation, commercial pharma data analysis, and dashboard design. The ideal candidate must have experience in pharma sales operations data as relevant in the US market, ability to work with cross-functional teams and can “figure out” mindset. Knowledge of data in systems including SAP, CRM, Model N, and Ecommerce platforms is nice to have.

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Delivery
• Design and implement scalable, compliant data analysis solutions for commercialization of pharmaceutical drugs.
• Lead end-to-end data analysis by querying data, interpreting it, massaging and transforming it and creating insights on charts to represent it for a business audience.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align approach with strategic goals.
Business Intelligence
• Lead BI initiatives like KPI harmonization, dashboard design and wireframe creation.

Data Experience Required
Must have knowledge of/ working experience with data from one or more of the following software or data vendors:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in US Pharmaceutical sales analytics or sales operations with a strong focus on data and analytics.
• Proven expertise in interpreting data analysis, BI dashboards implementation, and data warehousing
• Strong communication, leadership, and client stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of database structures
• Ability to write complex sql queries to pull data
