Data Analyst | Hybrid We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Manage pillar portfolio reporting projects and initiatives within the MI governance framework. • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are defined, prioritised, and adequately resourced. • Identify and record issues and risks, escalating to the Steering Committee as required. • Facilitate pillar working groups, fostering collaboration and driving progress. • Serve as a key enabler in delivering reporting that supports business decision-making. What You'll Need • Proven experience in MI/Data Analytics Management and Insights/Report/Data Analyst roles. • Experience developing and implementing MI strategies. • Strong stakeholder management skills to understand business challenges and goals. • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple data-related initiatives. • Experience leading and developing insight and reporting practitioners. • Agile experience and familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps are essential.
