BEPC has an open position for Data Analyst in Phoenix, AZ! Contract W2 Period: 6 - month contract with possibilities for extensions Pay & Benefits: $57.00 – 62.00/hr. +Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Description: In this hybrid role, you’ll play a pivotal part in data analytics, KPI development, process standardization, and change management support. This position requires strong data visualization, stakeholder engagement, and a proactive approach to managing vendor compliance and procurement systems. Hybrid position: 3 days onsite/ 2 days remote; Mon – Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm Key Responsibilities • Analyze and interpret complex data using statistical techniques and data aggregation. • Perform data validation and cleansing to ensure consistency across systems. • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance scorecards. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new digital tools. • Assist in creating training materials and implementing change management strategies. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver actionable insights. • Contribute to digital transformation within Source-to-Contract and procurement systems. • Support vendor classification, compliance monitoring, and supplier management. • Aid in structuring the Management Operating System (MOS) for Project Winter. • Manage daily data and reporting requests. Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related. • 4+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field. • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros). • Experience with Tableau or Power BI. • Strong analytical and collaborative skills. Preferred: • SAP experience. • Familiarity with Python or R. • Background in supplier/vendor management systems. • Understanding of digital procurement tools and compliance processes. • Experience in training development or change management.
