Role description
Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Hillsboro, OR that is seeking a Data Analyst 2 to create PBI dashboards which pull data from various sources including Azure DevOps (ADO), Excel and cross-org databases, and convert manual processes into live data visualization. This role will also maintain existing dashboard backend in ADO, fix bugs and create reporting to meet business needs. Job Responsibilities: β€’ Work with senior management, technical and client teams in order to determine data requirements, business data implementation approaches, best practices for advanced data manipulation, storage and analysis strategies β€’ Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions β€’ Design, implement, automate and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes β€’ Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changes β€’ Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications Requirements β€’ Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required β€’ 2-4 years applicable experience required β€’ Experience with database technologies β€’ Knowledge of the ETL process β€’ Knowledge of at least one scripting language β€’ Strong written and oral communication skills β€’ Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills β€’ Demonstrated history of success β€’ Desire to be working with data and helping businesses make better data driven decisions The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
