Primary Skills: Agile PLM-Expertise, Change Management-Proficiency, BOM Management-Advanced, Cross-Functional Collaboration-Intermediate, Documentation Accuracy-Expert Contract Type: W2 Location: North Reading, MA () Duration: 7 Months Pay Range: $40 - $42 per hour #LP Job Summary: The contractor will oversee the complete engineering change order lifecycle to ensure seamless implementation across departments. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Key Job Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end engineering change order (ECO) lifecycle within Agile PLM. • Conduct thorough reviews of ECO documentation for completeness and accuracy. • Perform Buy-Level Traceability (BLT) audits for component changes. • Validate BOM structures, item master data, and regional deployability attributes. • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for ECO approvals and impact assessments. Must Have Skills: • Proficiency in managing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). • Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) software, preferably Agile PLM. • Strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and management.
