Data Analyst

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager / Data Analyst to join our team immediately for a short-term engagement. This role focuses on managing both physical and financial assets while leveraging data analytics to optimize asset performance and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the acquisition, utilization, and disposal of assets to maximize value and minimize risk. • Maintain accurate asset records and ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. • Develop and implement strategies for asset optimization and cost savings. • Collaborate with finance, operations, and other stakeholders to align asset management with business objectives. • Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to asset lifecycle management. • Manipulate and visualize asset-related data using Power BI to support reporting and decision-making. • Document processes, data flows, and reporting logic for transparency and audit readiness. • Support integration and utilization of asset management systems (e.g., Cityworks) for tracking and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and financial principles. • Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, dashboards, and reporting). • Familiarity with Cityworks or similar asset management software. • Proficiency in data management and analysis techniques. • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines.
