Role description
Payrate: $56.05 - $56.05/hr.
Summary:
As the Associate Manager on the Ads Analytics team, you’ll play a key role in generating insights that inform campaign performance across key business categories. You’ll support internal stakeholders and external clients by leveraging media delivery, performance, and first-party data to uncover actionable insights that drive value for Ads and our advertising partners.
This is an individual contributor role that partners closely with cross-functional teams and supports strategic measurement initiatives. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team and report directly to the leader overseeing Ads Analytics.
Responsibilities:
• In this role, success will be driven by your ability to apply strong analytical rigor to large datasets, uncover performance drivers, and translate findings into actionable insights. You’ll be expected to demonstrate technical proficiency with tools such as BigQuery, Tableau, Excel, and basic scripting languages like SQL or Python. Your ability to communicate clearly and tell compelling stories with data will be essential, especially when preparing presentations for internal stakeholders and external clients.
• You’ll also need to bring a solid understanding of the advertising and media ecosystem, applying business acumen to align measurement frameworks with client and agency goals. Collaboration is key—this role requires partnering across sales, product, and data teams to inform media planning and performance optimization.
Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in analytics, measurement, marketing consulting, or a related field
• Experience working with modern analytics frameworks, methodologies, and tools
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience supporting advertising agencies or media clients
• Familiarity with marketing analytics methods (e.g., A/B testing, incrementality, MMM, MTA)
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., BigQuery, Tableau, Excel, Copilot)
• Basic understanding of SQL, Python, or R
• Knowledge of ad-serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DV360, Meta Ads)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to diverse audiences
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $56.05 - $56.05/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
