What Will You Do This role is ideal for a highly technical, self-motivated analyst with a passion for storytelling through data. You’ll work closely with product engineering and manufacturing stakeholders to design and implement scalable data workflows, build intuitive dashboards, and ensure timely access to metrics that drive strategic decisions. You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of data reporting β€” from ingestion and enrichment to visualization and stakeholder engagement β€” with a focus on supporting Nike’s product engineering teams and supply chain operations. What You Will Need β€’ Lead the development of end-to-end reporting solutions for the Men’s & Women’s World Cup initiative β€’ Design and implement data ingestion processes, including user-managed files (e.g., Excel) β€’ Enrich raw data by applying business logic and transformation rules β€’ Build and maintain ETL pipelines to support reporting and analytics needs β€’ Collaborate with material supply engineering teams to gather and refine business requirements β€’ Develop front-end dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau β€’ Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders β€’ Ensure data availability and accessibility for cross-functional teams Required Qualifications β€’ Minimum 8 years of experience in data analytics or data engineering β€’ Proficiency in SQL and Python β€’ Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau β€’ Familiarity with Data Lakehouse platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake) β€’ Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments β€’ Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies β€’ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills β€’ Proven ability to work independently and drive projects forward Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) β€’ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data workflows β€’ Background in sports analytics or event-based reporting β€’ Experience working in global, cross-functional teams What We Are Looking For β€’ Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail β€’ Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments β€’ Collaborative and proactive approach to stakeholder engagement β€’ Passion for data storytelling and driving business impact
