Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Pay Rate: $52.00 - $62.00 /hour - Determined based on experience Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote); Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Note: This is a W2 only role — C2C, C2H will not be considered BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our client’s site in Phoenix, AZ. This role will support a high-impact initiative focused on operational transformation, supplier management, and digital process improvement. The Data Analyst will analyze data, build KPIs and scorecards, and support the development of standard work, training materials, and change management strategies. The role also involves vendor classification, compliance processes, supplier negotiations, and working with source-to-contract systems. Can you describe your experience with Excel, particularly in using pivot tables, formulas, and macros? 1. Have you worked with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI? How do you prioritize and manage multiple data requests or deadlines? Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: • Build reporting solutions to monitor Key Organizational Effectiveness through efficiency improvement and digital tools. • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership team members on the status and impact of Sourcing Operations initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, lead, and execute comprehensive data analytics initiatives. • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline existing data analytic tools within the Sourcing Operations Team. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal customers to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in project management, data analytics, and process improvement. • Negotiate with suppliers as required. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with SAP • Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) • Background in supplier or vendor management systems • Understanding of compliance processes and digital procurement tools • Experience in training delivery or change management.
