Data Analyst

Job Title: RMA Analyst II Location: Austin, TX 78744 Duration: Recurring 12-month contract (potential conversion) Pay: $21-$23/hr Required Skills & Experience: - 3+ years' experience in related logistics or supply chain field - Data Analysis experience - Experience with monitoring transactions for reconciliation of material and warehouse inventory - Strong experience with MS Office Suite - Experience with either SAP or CRM Nice to Have Skills & Experience: - Associate or bachelor's Degree in related field - Experience with Power BI or BAAN - Prior military or semiconductor experience Job Description: Our client is looking for an RMA Analyst that can be on-site at their Austin Warehouse location for this Semiconductor Equipment Supplier. They will be working as part of a team to do tasks such as processing of return material, coordinating with various teams both internal and external vendors to ensure RMAs are processed, transacted appropriately, and performed in a timely manner. They will be responsible for investigating transactions for reconciliation of RMA material and warehouse inventory. They will provide inventory management support as needed, as well as actively pursue operational improvements to increase customer support.
