Data Analyst

A leading organisation in the retail and professional services sector is looking for a Data Analyst. This role focuses on reviewing and ensuring the integrity of identity data flowing end-to-end across HR and directory systems to support identity and access management operations. What You'll Be Doing • Conducting comprehensive reviews of end-to-end data flows from HR and directory systems to validate identity attributes and ensure accuracy. • Identifying and documenting additional fields required to enable dynamic content mapping across various internal systems. • Maintaining and updating PowerBI dashboards and database reports to ensure they reflect current data and attribute changes. • Proactively monitoring data integrity, flagging anomalies, and recommending process improvements for identity data points. • Providing engineering teams with actionable outputs and data reports to facilitate the correction of identity attributes. What We're Looking For • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within identity and access management or HR data environments. • Advanced proficiency in PowerBI for creating, maintaining, and enhancing complex reports and dashboards. • Strong database skills with experience writing and optimising SQL queries for handling large datasets. • Expertise in utilising Microsoft Graph and integrating APIs for data sources to streamline identity data retrieval. • Solid understanding of data flows between HR systems, identity management platforms, and directory services.
