Job Overview
Our client is looking for a Data Analyst for its Staffing Services Division in Human Resources. This division is responsible for recruitment, advertising, exhibiting, onboarding, and relocating expatriates to work for a world leading energy company. Our team identifies top talent from North America, South America, and Canada.
This role is ideal for a process-oriented, data-driven professional who thrives in high-growth, ambiguous environments and is passionate about sourcing top-tier talent across the Americas.
Essential Job Responsibilities
• Conduct activities related to sourcing, recruitment, advertising, onboarding, and relocation for both international and domestic staffing.
• Work with international teams to formulate sourcing strategies from the Americas, ensuring expectations are managed through clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking.
• Actively reaching out to potential candidates (e.g., via LinkedIn or job boards) rather than waiting for them to apply.
• Develop and put into action plans to find job candidates.
• Maintain pipeline activity, ensure data integrity, and update internal stakeholders proactively.
• Using tools and databases to search through large amounts of information to find suitable candidates.
• Leveraging professional connections, referrals, and industry events to discover talent.
• Engage passive candidates, evaluate their suitability and motivation, and oversee all communications and negotiations with potential hires.
• Conduct market research and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders on recruitment strategies, candidate expectations, and compensation.
• Ensure that employees, candidates, and students receive equitable treatment and receive HR services as authorized; ensure that actions initiated by the departments are according to schedule and within policy; resolve related problems
• Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to propose solutions to complete HR challenges relevant to assigned area
• Carry out tasks within the designated area, including the implementation and maintenance of specialized systems or programs, databases, and internal procedures.
• Contribute to special initiatives such as best practice assessments and internal talent leveraging, among other duties.
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive recruiting experience, with a focus on passive candidate sourcing.
• Proficiency in recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, ATS (SuccessFactors is preferred), and web-based sourcing platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with top-tier talent and stakeholders.
• Skilled in adapting to rapid changes, including the frequent implementation of new processes, tools, and evolving team dynamics.
• Can thrive in fast-changing roles and unclear responsibilities.
• Ability to perform under increased demand, including scaling operations, hiring rapidly, and taking on expanded responsibilities.
• Experience in International or global recruiting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the HR lifecycle and employment laws.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
