Data Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Data Analyst for a 9 months Contract position with a client located in Fountain Valley, CA Pay Range: $25- $40/hr on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.) Job Description - Key Responsibilities • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This mid-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is a quick learner, and is passionate about turning data into actionable insights. The analyst will support key business initiatives through data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and uncovering Voice of Customer (VoC) insights. • Key Responsibilities: • Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and KPIs. • Uncover and communicate Voice of the Customer insights using data from call center sources. • Use SQL and Alteryx to extract, clean, and prepare data for analysis. • Apply Python for automation, data processing, or advanced analytics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all deliverables. • Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment. • Required Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. • 2-4 years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role. • Proficient in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Alteryx. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and business needs. • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Voice of Customer data or customer experience analytics. • Familiarity with other BI tools or data platforms is a plus.
