Role description
Title: Data Analyst Standard II Duration: 3 Months - Long Term Location: Washington, DC 20433 Hybrid Onsite: 4 Days onsite per week from Day1. Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst with strong proficiency in PL/SQL and Python, and an analytical mindset to interpret, transform, and manage data. The ideal candidate will be passionate about uncovering insights, improving data quality, and enabling data-driven decisions across the organization. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Design, develop, and maintain complex queries and stored procedures using PL/SQL to extract and manipulate data from relational databases. β€’ Write Python scripts for data processing, transformation, automation, and reporting. β€’ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand data needs, and deliver actionable insights. β€’ Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. β€’ Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings clearly. β€’ Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple systems. β€’ Participate in data quality initiatives, data governance, and documentation. β€œMindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
