The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Data Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is in ­North Chicago, IL 60064. Details for the position are as follows: 📍 Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite 💵 Pay Rate: $46–$49/hour 📅 6-Month Contract (Potential to Extend up to 12 Months) We’re seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Data Analyst. This role is critical to enabling decision-making through clean, insightful data modeling, dashboard creation, and effective storytelling for business stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have experience in pharma, life sciences, or healthcare data—particularly with tools like Salesforce, ScriptsMed, Power BI, and Excel. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: • Gather, document, and analyze data requirements from cross-functional stakeholders • Model and analyze data to support patient assistance programs and business decision-making • Create clean, visually compelling dashboards using Power BI or Tableau (from scratch) • Extract and manipulate data from Salesforce CRM and ScriptsMed for ad hoc and cadence reporting • Present data insights clearly and concisely to business and leadership teams • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across patient programs, call centers, and operations • Support ongoing efforts to enhance data workflows and prepare for future AI-based analytics ✅ Must-Have Qualifications: • 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data modeling • Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas) • Experience building dashboards from scratch in Power BI (preferred) or Tableau • Familiarity with Salesforce data structures; ScriptsMed experience is a major plus • Excellent communication and presentation skills—verbal and written • Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business needs into data requirements 💡 Preferred/Bonus Experience: • Experience with Patient Assistance Programs in the pharmaceutical or life science industries • Exposure to Five9 call center platform data • Hands-on experience with Python or R for future-facing analytics projects • Prior work in healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy data environments • Bachelor’s degree required 🏢 Work Environment: • Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) • Collaborative office in a cubicle setting • Reporting to the Director of Data & Analytics • Team engaged in strategic planning, data optimization, and future AI initiatives
