Job Title: Data Analyst 2 - Data Integrations Specialist Job Number: 11764 Location: Portland, OR - Remote work – Must live in either WA, OR, ID, MT Overtime: 5 % On Call: on a rotational basis Travel: up to 10 % for local meetings Length: 5 years MUST be US Citizen to be eligible to apply for Federal Background Check SUMMARY This full-time contract position is located in the Data Integration and Reporting organization within the corporate IT department. This position will draft Extract, Transformation and Loading (ETL) procedures for implementing data integration and data migration tasks in support of Data Warehousing and other data integration projects. This position will also support operations and maintenance, as well as provide 24x7 production support on a rotational basis POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES β€’ Draft Extract, Transformation and Loading (ETL) procedures for implementing data integration and data migration tasks in support of Data Warehousing and other data integration projects. β€’ Draft ETL procedures, batch processes, and scheduling; troubleshoot problems and make suggestions for performance tuning and system integrity. β€’ Develop mappings and workflows in Informatica to automate data integration. β€’ Develop data models and database design techniques, including relational and dimensional modeling. β€’ Effectively map source to target data to meet business/system requirements. β€’ Implement corporate management approved SQL stored procedures and advanced SQL queries. β€’ Assist with the development of functional and technical requirements documents β€’ Draft working documents for interfaces with non-Standard corporate systems. β€’ Debug, analyze and troubleshoot data quality issues. REQUIREMENTS Education & Experience: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in information/computer technology or a closely-related field is preferred. β€’ 5 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor’s degree. β€’ 9 years of experience is required without a degree or an applicable degree. Required Technical Skills & Experience β€’ 5 years of experience in Data Integration Techniques. β€’ Experience with the following: β€’ Oracle 11g, 12g, 18c or 19c. β€’ Writing DDL and creating database objects. β€’ Partitioning database tables. β€’ Creating Oracle procedures, functions and views. β€’ ETL tool such as Informatica Suite (including Power Center and Power Exchange) Preferred Skills & Experience β€’ Microsoft SQL Server relational database system. β€’ Using XML, REST, XSD and WSDL. β€’ Web Services. β€’ Power Shell development. β€’ Data Warehousing design techniques. β€’ Data analysis, source system analysis and data mapping. β€’ Knowledge of Oracle OLTP and HCC compression. β€’ Informatica Suite (one or more of Power Center version 9 or higher, Data Services, Power Center Cloud) Pre-Employment Requirement All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of our pre-employment screening that may include drug testing, background/criminal check, and if applicable, must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
