Data Analyst

Job Title: Senior Data Analyst (Public Health / Healthcare) Location Hybrid – In office once per week on Thursdays Required Qualifications • Extensive professional experience in data analysis (education level is flexible; experience is valued over formal degrees) • Strong SQL expertise and experience working with complex datasets • Proven ability to communicate data insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience translating business questions into analytical and technical requirements • Background in public health and/or healthcare is required • Demonstrated experience with reporting, data storytelling, and presenting insights Preferred Qualifications • Experience working closely with engineering teams to define data requirements and solutions • Familiarity with data best practices, governance, and analytics workflows • Experience mentoring or guiding other analysts Team & Growth • Join a collaborative data team currently consisting of two members, with plans to expand • Opportunity to have meaningful impact in shaping analytics practices and supporting public health outcomes Interview Process 1.
