Data Analyst

Job Title: Data Analyst Location: 5 days onsite in Alameda Compensation: $45-60/hr W2 Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) upon conversion. Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Temporary Data Analyst to support compliance and transparency reporting operations within a growing, data-intensive environment. This role will focus heavily on data integrity, vendor coordination, regulatory reporting, and analytical support. The position will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across reporting frameworks. Key Responsibilities • Support transparency reporting and compliance operations across U.S., state, and global regulatory frameworks • Work closely with external vendors to collect, review, and reconcile payment and reporting data • Perform data cleansing, remediation, validation, and quality checks prior to submission and reporting • Run SQL queries and generate analytical reports to support compliance processes • Assist in building, refining, and maintaining Tableau dashboards (currently in User Acceptance Testing) • Maintain clear documentation of data sources, processes, and reporting methodologies • Follow up with vendors to resolve missing, incomplete, or late data submissions • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and compliant reporting Required Skills & Qualifications • Advanced proficiency in Excel • Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills • Experience working with Tableau (dashboard development or refinement) • Experience with SAP or Concur is highly desirable for reporting and payment research Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
