• This role will focus on building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, streamlining data processes, and integrating data from multiple systems into a modern platform. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in working with large datasets to deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, with emphasis on integration with Dynamics.
• Work with SQL Server to manage, query, and optimize large datasets.
• Automate data processes, including ETL and data integration workflows.
• Support predictive analytics and reporting for business needs.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and usability.
• Apply analytical thinking to solve complex problems and present clear insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• 3–4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong expertise with Power BI (building dashboards, connecting to multiple data sources).
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and large database environments.
• Experience with data process automation, ETL, and integration.
• Exposure to predictive analytics methods and tools.
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or CRM systems.
• Experience connecting Power BI dashboards to Dynamics.
• Working knowledge of Python (nice to have, not required).
• Prior experience in data modernization initiatives.
