Experience/skillset
· Deep understanding of ERP systems and ERP data structures
· Able to drive adoption and be resilient in implementing process & digital transformations
· Familiarity with SQL—know how to connect various datasets and curate into functional data that can be a foundation for analytics and data visualizations
· Experience working in procurement, Demand planning, production planning, materials in manufacturing sector
· Experience developing content in BI platforms, from raw dataàcurated dataàvisualizations
· Excels in a position where both a.) business processes/day-to-day operations and b.) systems and data fluency are equally important. And being able to “translate” both to appropriate parties
Supporting Data Solutions (growth area)
Involvement in NPD (New Product Development) sourcing in this space
Supplier Development Process & Standardization
Reporting up through Sourcing Organization, dotted line to myself
Supplier score carding + developing processes for supplier-side metrics feeding supplier health models
Deep understanding of ERP systems and data structures
Deep understanding of supply chain for Data Solutions product
Senior-level candidates with strong sourcing experience who can step in and make an immediate impact.
Interpersonal skills/capabilities
· Strong project management skills—breaking down strategy/initiatives into manageable projects then actions
· Keen eye for data visualization that is presentable and digestible for diverse user base
· Ability to coordinate & align with cross-functional/adjacent departments
· Comfortable delegating tasks to various teams and driving project tempo during transformations
· Collaborative and can-do approach, yet doesn’t hesitate to speak up with concerns
