Job Description
β’ The Center for Culturally Responsive Teaching and Learning (CCRTL), a Los Angeles based Non-Profit is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our data management efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for organizing and interpreting complex datasets. Responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for decision-making purposes. The Data Analyst will work closely with various teams to understand their data needs and develop strategies for effective data management. Key duties also include identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets, as well as creating visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Job Duties
β’ Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources.
β’ Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
β’ Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
β’ Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
β’ Conduct ad-hoc analysis and assist with special projects as needed.
Education
β’ Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Qualification
β’ Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
β’ Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
β’ Ability to work with Google Looker Studio, Google Sheets/Docs, and Jotform.
β’ Experience with Data Extract Transform and Load (ETL) & Hypothesis Testing.
β’ Strong analytical mindset and a passion for organizing and interpreting complex datasets.
