Data Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Data Analyst for a 6+ months contract with a client located in Phoenix AZ Pay Range: $60/hr. - $62/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.) Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Data Analyst to support Project Winter, a high-impact initiative focused on operational transformation, supplier management, and digital process improvement. You will play a key role in analyzing data, building KPIs and scorecards, and supporting the development of standard work, training materials, and change management strategies. This role also involves working with vendor classification, compliance processes, and source-to-contract systems. Responsibilities include: • Build reporting solutions to monitor Key Organizational Effectiveness through efficiency improvement and digital tools. • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership team members on the status and impact of Sourcing Operations initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, lead and execute comprehensive data analytics initiatives. • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline existing data analytic tools withing the Sourcing Operations Team. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal customers to foster collaboration and continuous improvement. • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in project management, data analytics and process improvement. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with SAP • Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) • Background in supplier or vendor management systems • Understanding of compliance processes and digital procurement tools • Experience in training delivery or change management If you are interested in this Data Analyst job located in Phoenix AZ, please contact Nitesh Kumar at (610 206 0160) or Nitesh.Kumar@akkodisgroup.com.
