Summary: The Company is seeking a Data Analyst to support both ad-hoc and ongoing data analysis requests from management and customers. This role involves developing methodologies, analyzing complex data sets, and producing actionable insights that support decision-making and operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly. This position also requires collaboration with stakeholders to define requirements, improve processes, and enhance data-driven products and services. Responsibilities: • Perform complex data analysis to support both ad-hoc and recurring management or customer requests • Develop programs, methodologies, and structured files for analyzing and presenting data • Utilize and support database applications and analytical tools to ensure efficient data processing and reporting • Evaluate data quality, applications, and system functions to ensure accuracy and reliability • Produce consistent outputs and maintain ongoing operational processes related to data delivery • Research and identify new data sources and analytical tools to enhance analysis capabilities • Contribute to new product development and improvements in data product delivery and presentation • Build awareness and understanding of organizational, departmental, and customer-related issues and trends • Engage users and customers appropriately in data collection and query systems to ensure relevance and usability • Interpret data accurately and provide meaningful insights based on analytical findings • Develop methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data in a structured and effective manner • Generate valuable and actionable insights from multiple data sources • Collaborate with management and customers to define and refine product specifications • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership, ensuring clarity in project updates and outcomes • Deliver data products in report, presentation, or verbal formats aligned with specified timelines and requirements • Identify system or process issues and actively participate in problem-solving initiatives • Facilitate clear communication and resolution of issues within the team and with stakeholders Requirements: • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within defined timelines • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with management, team members, and customers • Capability to understand and respond to evolving organizational and customer needs Required Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail • Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing data from multiple sources • Experience working with database applications and analytical tools • Ability to evaluate data quality and ensure accuracy and consistency • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings effectively • Ability to develop methodologies for data collection, analysis, and presentation • Organizational skills to manage workflows and deliver consistent outputs • Critical thinking skills to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities for improvement Preferred Skills: • Experience contributing to product development or process improvement initiatives • Familiarity with exploring and integrating new data sources and analytical tools • Ability to proactively identify system or operational challenges and participate in resolution efforts Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $42.00 - $43.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
