What You'll Be Doing
β’ Conducts special studies to analyze complex contract transactions and prepares recommendations for policy or procedure
β’ Identifies trends and recommends improvements accordingly.
β’ Understands and has familiarity with the design of complex contract and accounts receivable software and the ability to quickly learn the design and operation of such systems.
β’ Processes and inputs into computer database complex contract transactions.
β’ Mines data in databases and various data sources using SQL, Python, Microsoft Power Query, Access and Excel.
β’ Develops and creates studies, reports, and analyses in areas such as, sales, inventory, notes receivable, and other financial categories along with productivity and profitability data.
β’ Makes recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies.
β’ Prepares clear, concise written reports and presentations using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
β’ Coordinates with all levels of management to provide, gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding Contract Processing and Customer Service functions.
β’ Works independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
β’ Handles multiple projects with detail and organization.
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Math, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
β’ Valid CA Driver' License, including state required levels of active auto insurance.
β’ Must be customer service oriented.
β’ Must be flexible, proactive, and a self-starter.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
β’ Strong problem solving skills.
β’ Microsoft Office expert emphasizing advance Excel skills, strong Access skills, Accounting software, Internet software, E-mail as well as Word and PowerPoint.
β’ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
β’ Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
β’ Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
β’ Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
β’ Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
β’ Fundamental understanding of the principles of capitalist economies as well as basic business concepts.

Drug Testing Policy
